A SHAMEFUL ACT

I turn to look at my phone.
There is an internal groan when I realise it is only 5am and I haven’t slept particularly well.
My MIND has been putting me through hell recently but I just can’t work out what it is. With mindfulness I have been exploring answers but I just can’t unblock it.
Whatever it is it will have to wait because after an hour or so of over overthinking, the time is 6.30am and I need to get moving to start my day.
I made my way to the kitchen to make a green tea. What could it be, I thought once again whilst the Japanese Sencha leaves steeped in the pot. What is causing this restlessness within my MIND and body?
