SEE IT THROUGH

The father felt a sense of pride…
When he asked his wife and son to open their eyes.
His wife cried as soon as she saw the peaceful, bountiful garden of their new home. His son ran straight down to the river, where the water danced in the rays of golden sunlight.
“In just a few weeks this river might burst its banks if the rains come, so we need to repair this broken wall, son,” said the father as he pointed to what looked like a pile of scattered rocks.
His son looked back at him, respectfully. He was a good father, a loving father who had worked his fingers to the bone to provide for his family. In all honesty, he was exhausted after doing so. He didn’t know if he had the strength to make the repairs to the river wall, as well as mending all of the other fixtures and fittings that needed attention inside the house.
