TALE OF THE SEA

The men were starving.
Their jaws were gaunt and their ribs were exposed from hunger.
They needed to leave their island in search of food, before it was too late. The fate of their lives depended on it!
The men readied the ship at first light. They said goodbye to their wives and children, who were also going hungry. Every man on that voyage would hold the thought of family in their heart. It was no man’s fault that the island they called home had been devastated by drought…
But victims they were not.
