THE BOAR

Sometimes…

A man has to go to war with the hard times.

A period of danger looms over him like a butcher’s blade. He has no idea how long the war will last, whether or not he will survive it, if he has the resources and equipment to deal with it, if he has the strength, courage and bravery to win…

But he has no choice.

He must deal with it anyway. The danger isn’t going to go away, the battle isn’t going to fight itself, so he must advance into the unknown. The war with his hard time, whether that is a health issue, financial difficulty, an injury, grief of a loved one, betrayal, building a business; whatever it is the hard time needs a man’s attention or else it becomes his executioner.
