WORKOUT PLAN
A martial artist walked into a gym.
He started hitting the bag to warm up.
He threw an uppercut followed by a hook and a cross. Then he looked across the gym floor.
In through the door walked a strongman. A behemoth of a man wearing a low cut vest, XXXL shorts and a size 15 pair of timberland boots.
His physical attributes were off the charts but this didn’t phase the martial artist. He was trained to combat men like this if they decided to pick a fight.
